Demolition, Single Storey Extension & Alterations

Create a single storey extension for use as a lounge/diner, to blend in with existing style of house.

Completed Project:

Removal of conservatory was required and kept for resell. Extension to follow footprint of plans, however we changed and added extra detailing for the dog toothed brickwork and rendered/timber panels to match existing house. Originally designed to have two knockthroughs into extension but we ended up installing 3 steel rsj's to competely open up the whole space for a huge open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. Steels had to carry first floor block and beam flooring. Vaulted design with LED spotlights and velux. Plastered and decorated throughout extension.
